Description: This gorgeoud Heather was photographed only by chance. Whilst looking for a Sunrise location, i stumbled upon this little scene. With the soft filtered Sunlight it lifted the scene gently, adding a nice tonal range and colour.

Description: Portland Bill needs no introduction. At the southern most point in Dorset stands the classic lighthouse. An early morning start from West Sussex was well worth the effort for this image. The half moon also added some light in to the landscape.

Description: A very early Sunrise over the Cobb at Lyme Bay in Dorset. This harbour arm is a good place to stand and watch the new day begin in early October. Soon after this image was taken the sun never showed, then heavy rain soon followed.

Description: Durdel Dor is one of the most famous natural arhces along the south coast of the UK. This shot was taken well after the usual visitor had left for home. A slight wind and the long shutter speed added a sense of movement.

Description: These Pine trees are a visual marker for many tourists to Dorset. Standing high on top of Colmer Hill, they offer great photographic opportunity. The fleeting light was an added bonus giving great depth to the image.
